A huge thanks to Adam and the team. Central Physio Bayswater helped me heaps with some knee pain and residual ankle pain from a prior injury. Treatment in the clinic was great, explanations were to the point and clear, and the recommendations given for further care at home are both pragmatic and effective.

After spending a couple of years going to various physio's with no luck after a fall damaging both shoulders I got recommended Adam at Central. On my first visit he told me what was wrong and that I would possibly need surgery. Adam stepped me through the process, liaised with surgeons and helped me manage with physiotherapy until I could get a surgery date and I am now doing my rehab with him. Thanks to Adam, my surgeon is amazed at my progress and also my other shoulder had successfully recovered without surgery and after years of discomfort and limited ability I am finally almost 100%.
